| Karwos Tool and N70 Hi, I use Karwos' Nokia Tool with pleasure, it's a great piece of sw, but I have now problems with N70. Product RM-84 MCU Version V05wk07v47 MCU Compilation Date 30-01-07 Product Manufacturer (c)Nokia. Set LOCAL mode failed OTP IMEI SECURITY CODE 12345 Write COM, Write Box, Write DCTST, Error, Read FBUS, ACK HWID 6061 PRODUCT CODE 0536969 BASIC PRODUCT CODE 0522156 PRODUCTION S/N YHA112392 BATTERY 100% RETU 32 TAHVO 52 APE Core V 5.0705.3.0.1, 30-01-07, RM-84, (C)Nokia APE Variant V 5.0705.3.0.1-26.01, 30-01-07, RM-84, (c)Nokia. Write COM, Write Box, Write DCTST, Error, Read FBUS, ACK Extended info, Get APEADSP, Transmit error, aborting Attached OK, Operation took 244 seconds (!!!) Executing Post-attach procedures ================================================== ================= 1. LCD Pattern settings not found, setting Defaults 2. ADC Channels settings not found, setting Defaults 3. Auto-RPL Backup Backing up Certificate... OTP IMEI: BADBADBADBADBAD Entries to read: 4 RPL Read OK BADBADBADBADBAD_Certificate_201038.pm Written OK! ================================================== ================= Post-attach procedures done Reading out these datas durates extremely long, and sw says it couldn't set Local Mode, while phone is in Local Mode when I start to Attach. Also setting any other Mode is impossible due to lack of recognition of current setting. I have 4 different N70 cables, both 5 and 7 pin variants, I can make every operation with them, connected to diff. boxes (unlock, flash, etc.), only Multi-Box work with none of them. Pls. advice, what to do. Thanks |

| We have tested this tool with many BB5 phones like 6630; 6680; N91; 6280; N73; E61 - attach time not greater than 3 seconds !! Cable used - 7 pin Bsi-Gnd resistor - 68k ohm BSI Serial resistor - ~7k ohm Also check your drivers version - it have to be 1.1 ! |
