Login Expired

THIS WAS WRITEN BY THE GORR
Login Expired !! Read This ...

Problem :

When I try to enter Support area, I receive message - "Login expired". What do I need to do?

Solution :

Don't worry, Login and Password can live only six months. After this it expires. So the only thing you should do is to send an e-mail to support@multi-box.net with the next information:
- the reason why you write (in the given case - because login expired)
- your current login
After that you will receive approval that your login and pass was prolonged.

if u fallow this instruction your login will be active again, so just wait

Do you think i have not tryed this already . if you have had reply in first hour with new login and pass you must be a relation or something.
At the end of the day all boxes are registered so company knows well when login expires for each customer and you should recive a mail automaticly
Is this so hard to do ?

Dear MTony. We understand that this can be a little bit inconvenient for you to send us mail about expired Login. But at the same time this is not very difficult to do. And you should understand that making a product and it's support is very delicate thing - it's hard to setisfy everybody. We need to think about many factors such as good support and protection. That's why sometimes we need to loose in support so that to win in protection - and you could use your box for years and years. Our product is very unique and specific device which can't be compared with other ones. I mean that in some cases it's impossible for us to make some other way of support. But every day we move to perfection - to make the best support for you.
So please understand us and be patient. And We want you to remeber that we think about you cause without our customers there wouldn't be any product like Multi-box.

Unhappy Multi-box : login expired

My login is expired too.

I tried to send mail to support@multi-box.net but I received "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" message.

What is the solution ?

check the email adresse, if not help just resend email from another email server

I sent mails from differents computers to support@multi-box.net and info@multi-box.net for the same returns.

i don't tell u to use different computer i tell u to use different email server

it's mean if u sended using hotmail, try with yahoo or caramail or gmail or any other email server
