MY MITSUBISHI TOOL ARE NOT WORKING WHEN I OPEN THE PROGRAM AND TRY TO CONNECT PHONE IT SAYS ALCATEL SUPPORT ARE NOT ACTIVATED WHATS WRONG WITH ME PLEASE SUPPORT HELP ME br MAPLE GSM(UMER)

why support you are not answering me

You need read FAQ first man! Already answered to you
1. Check if you have Alcatel activation
2. Check your tool - must be latest from support!

all my alcatel lg, nokia and others are working except mitsubishi.

What do i do????????????

you need to use Mitsubi****ool_v112 not this one Mitsubi****ool_v112a_lite i think this is for lite users download Mitsubi****ool_v112 and enjoy
