Multi-box is not updating ????? - GSM-Forum

i have a problam to update my multi-box
i did so many try but no luck to update
i turn off Anti verious and turn off Firewall but still haveing the problam
like this

Ready...
Box require update!
Connecting to update server...OK
Connecting to update server...Error!
Connecting to update server...Error!
Connecting to update server...Error!
Connecting to update server...OK

unfortunatly all old user cant make updat multi box team need only money and nothing other

unfortunatly you speaking bull**** man. All users can update thier box. We asking money only for support, coz you asking about update and we cannot make them because each update need new phone to buy.

i have email so many time to you and support too but didn`t reply yet ...
i want to update my box....
so Kindly gave me update again
i return 100 sendo phone and some Philips to my customer... i don`t want to lose any more
i just want update my box...

No need to pay for box update - just run update and all will be oki.
