I want to update my box.. but it show..

Ready...
Connecting to update server...OK
Updating Box Firmware...OK
Tx APDU Timeout!
No anwer on [SELECT APPLICATION] ADPU frame

When try run Nokia_Tool_BB5.exe
its show in setting like this

its show

Probably your smartcard has ejected from the slot. Open your box and re-insert it.

Contact your reseller then
If your resller is OK then will allow to open the box and void the sticker
if not then You will need to ship it back

problem fixed... the smart card was out of the place... i loose garanty but i fix the problem.
