multi box updating problem. - GSM-Forum

hi,i just had my multi box got my login pass.down loeded all new tool.when i open any tool it starts updating box but it stucks in half way like 45%,60% and 73%.it doesnot go further .plz reply with solutions.thanks in advance.

i have also problam with multi box.i was send u my problam u said me thatupdate with phillips tool but problam is still. when i connect box then i have problam please chek the first pic and when reconnet(2nd pic) plz hep me sir.regards

I told to make update with old Philips Tool, not with Sendo. Also check your internet settings. Do you use USB hub?

1. You sharing your box data ( that is why your posts were deleted )
2. If you have a problem with update - needed read FAQ. In FAQ is written that you can do update just one time. If not comlited send your personal box data to [email protected] with problem discriptions - after that new update will be alowed for you agine.

Nice that all is fixed. As you can see just need to make correct request and all can be foxed for a shot time.
