For dead phones you need to use just boot mode.

found test points for boot mode but i dont have a full flash for repair i have the same problem i flashed phone and now dead .. but i can comunicate whit those points . if it is not working try to change rx whit tx

WOW big thanks for this. So I will make a schematic and I wll put to support area. I was trying to find this model here in china but nobody know Alcatel

sorry for newbie question.
these pinouts are for jtag socket or com socket. with battery or without batt.

thanks.

i have one c635 phone to unlock.searched all over and did not see answer.

I was thinking that all is clear on the schematic. Please take a look again and you will see where you need insert a cable.

Ok thanks for the details explanation.
I told u that i am newbie to the Multibox.

I did manage to flash the phone in jtaq connector. but later is use the uni port as u instructed.

Anyway the s.w. says its unsupported firmware.

I have flashed with the flash files from the support first with ver19.
than with the ver 18. but the phone stay dead.

How i did .

selected the "boot starp mode"
select 3 files on the upper left corner.

MCU /LP /CP and eeprom pressed.

press update flash. and wait.

even at selected "1MB" work speed it took 30 min to flash the phone.

First with the ver 19. than later with the ver 18. but the phone remains dead.

I can still connect the phone via boot strap mode.

Again sorry for my bad english. and applogies for being newbie in multibox.
