hi gsm tricks i bought a multi-box but i need help coz when i start odmtool for motorolla it opens the software but the button for connect dosen't highlight & when i try to run the software also it will say looking for box sometime it open the soft sometimes nothing happens,can you help what should i do...

it depend on your pc.................... how fast it is..........................and some time it take some time to scan com ports................. so chek your pc..........ram.........

i have 512mb memory,does this will be ok for the software?

- try update box with update tool.
- try re-install usb-com drivers.

i tried to update my box but cannot update coz it will just hang on looking for box nothing happen,pls can anybody help me.muti-box team i need your help.just bought this box & could not use it...

Please read support docs about box update it will help you.

i resolve my problem already,i just use another hardisk coz my box conflict with the other drivers.thanks alot m8
