pb socket error - GSM-Forum

since one week when i try to unlock nokia with karwos tool i have error socket#10060 or error socket#10061 how i can fix this problem i post for that but no reply

and i lost lot of phone why the team or other product manager dont reply to post???? if is for ours money they are first but for help customer they are the last
