Please help about multi Boxes

Reseller Indonesia there is no multi-box huh? I am from Indonesia
I asked friends also are confused about this box.




3 years ago, I bought MULTI-BOX, everytime I'll do an update drivers (XP) / install drivers always error "Fxxxxx.ini 'not found (I forget the name of the file error)

I've tried, with online updates, but asked to register while I bought this box used (which sell to me, had no idea where to now)

My confusion using this tool, there are no instructions or manual, and I've tried to read and read on the support site but the result is empty, so the regrettable if not I use this tool to work.

if anyone can explain to me in detail, so that I can use this tool with no vain.

if the tool is registered in the name of the first user, and can be replaced (re-register) on my behalf, how?
