Please need help CECT T689 - GSM-Forum

Draear team i whnat to flash this phone whit multibox i use for cable configuration from down but the software can see the phone i put usb cable in pc and ask for driver 6227 my questin is the same whit 6226???

pls need urgent help

which CPU on this ?

as i know have Cpu6600, CPU AD6529, MT6218, Cpu80502, 71PL064JA CPU6357, CPU6226A they are diffrerent for each

You need use support before try. man we never told that you need use USB canle. For all chinese phones you need use RG45 cable pluged to Special socket in the Multi-box.

tnks for your reply i not use usd cable , i use RJ45 but not wher need i used in universal plug not to special plug .Thanks for info and one more thing i need help what i need to select in software becose i not found this models and i need urgent help.

I told already what you need to do. Connect with box and read info - software will detect all automaticly.

hello;
as described, there is a usb connection but when you connect phone the aplicaion ask you to Press and hold power on button, in this way the phone turn off & you loss the connection, if defferent please explaine.

You need use correct cable.

Use this cable and all will work good.
