Well any way repair such phones killed during fw change by cable ?

Well yes killed by MultiBox while writting gaved error on start and phone not detected anymore and for sure isnt battery pb or wire conection. If no way reconect by cable up1024 will do the job but wanted some easy way.

If you cannot conect it via TAT mode you need to use Bootstrap mode.

Is there any special pinout for that ? (if so which) Because by tat mode pinout still no move even if Bootstrap Mode selected.

You need to open phone. And solder to PCB. Check support area We have there for some Alcatel, if you will not find schematic please make photo of PCB and send to me.

For c630 isnt any BootStrap mode pinout so will have open phone and scan.

maybe JTAG pinouts it's same C635

Well C635 boot looks like normal TAT mode even so case looks like c630.

it's tat mode pinout but when in bootstrap mode,nothing!i'm affraid to flash C635 for unlock

I checked your phone, check attach ( sorry for this funny picture ) I am at home now and I don't have corel draw here, but I think is not a problem to understand it.

So try to select bootstrap mode, solder to the PCB 3 wires and use battery.

not work! downgrad in tatmode because kill phone!need repair solution.phone not connected!
