Strange error with Multi Box Unlocking C635

I am tring to unlock c635
I slect c635 But when it's detected software chang phone to
238 2M-TCD238(Azalis V21 WAP) model see the attached pic.
I m doing any thing wrong?
Need quick help

two thing one u use an old version or u hvae a new version so send the full bkp to support

Sometimes reading docs can help. Remove auto detect and try to connect it again. You must be sure that you have latest Philips tool and sig file. If you will have same error - that mean you have new version and all what you need is read full flash and send to us.
