How long for login name and Passwd - GSM-Forum

Hi

I am new user, I have registred my box and I am still wating for my user name and password. How long does it normally take ?.

Can some kind sole give me the phillips software so that I can update the box and unlock a phone I have with me, until I get my user name and password.

Register your box now agine and then make new update.

I have recieved my user name and Password now. I downloaded the Phillips V5.6 . When it try to update it hangs on 3% . I have tried on 2 diffrent computers but still same problem. I can not even use V3.0 now as it ask to update the box. With V3.0 it updated the box without any problems first time.

Any siggestions please?.

I have read the FAQ from support but it can not solve my problem.

Well after trying for over an hour it finally updated

. not sure why it took so many tries .
