- Yes, I have read the FAQ
- Yes, Iīve tried to update
- No, thereīs no problem with my pc, or my usb cable, or anything, the problem is MB hardware
- No, box was not disconnect while software open/in use, it simply become that way when plugged to use, as the others (which were in diferent pc)


Pratical solution is... ?

Here I am posting again info about update and "." problem.

My box is "dead". Show only "." and not working.

Solution: That`'s heppens after the power problem in PC. You unplug the cable when software was in use. When you see only "." that mean that the box now is temporaly dead - you need to make the update for him. You should try to do next:
1. Read this cearfully: http://www.multi-box.net/faq_article.php?article=59
2. Try to make update 1 time only. If all is fixed - no need to do more update. If update was not completed - that's mean that you have a problem with your internet connections ( firewalls, antivirus ). Do not try to make the update too many times ( if box is "dead" ) - server accept only 1. So, if you cannot update the box you should send your serial box number to us ( also e-mail, name of reseller ) via: "support chat", or e-mail, or you can contact us via [email protected] we will accept the new update for you.

Now I hope all is clear with update.

In the case if your box cannot be updated or repaired - you need contact your reseller.

Do you READ the posts before answering them? forget it, I see that youīll do nothing to help here when you know itīs hardware damage. And you may say all the times it was disconnect while using (I clearly stated it wasnīt when topic was opened), but it was not. I wonīt discuss, but fact is a fact.

So, now Iīve got 10 dead multi-box here total that cannot update, some are with '.' , others with a '8' that get "unknown usb device". canīt you fix them, if I send to you, I mean, provide a paid service for repairing those boxes, so I donīt keep all this losses (had lost money selling Multi-box, because it dies, and I replace box to my customers - which you do not).

sorry, I know you didnīt like this post that says MB is not perfect, but please, give a hand on this matter so thereīs no need to keep on this subject. all I want is to fix the boxes, not looking for discussion, or trying to say MB software is not good. If it wasnīt a good product, I wouldnīt had 3 boxes for my personal use.

answer that, yes or no, like a normal person please. boxes have no warranty.

I answered already - why you tryng to punch me? If your boxes have no warranty - send a message to [email protected] with your problem description ( dead boxes ) they will give you adress where you can send boxes for repair. It will be done fast and free for you.
