Activated Services Erased after upgrade ! - GSM-Forum

Dear Multibox Support:

We buy a Multibox lite from GSM-SOURCES and after this, i buy the karwos activation direct of multibox sales, and after try upgrade the box with multibox shell 1.6, all activated services is erased.

Now the box open all softwares, but any butom activated.

I send the problem to support@multi-box.net and the answer is: contact your reseller for solve your problem

after support answer, i contact to my reseller (GSM-SOURCES) and they answer me: Contact Multibox support for solve your problem.

Please, I have 2months with this problem, with any solution

Can you to help me for solve this problems and activate the service erased?
