Henrich Packs activation problem

Please , I bought Alcatel + Lg activation pack one month ago , but my box still ot activated
I sent my payement details (payment made in plimus online store) , and box serial to support@multi-box.net , but till now , I cannot update my box.
Can somebody explain me what should I do ?

What should I do ?
Please tell me if something is wrong.
I connected my box and still cannot activate this pack.
I bought 1 year acces for another box and all is well , but now I don't understand why my activation pack is causing
problem.
