Please give some help about my box!

Good day to all of you!
Why my multibox got this error?

I dont hAve padfinder for chinese mobile,and i used working rj45 but when i try to do something i always got this error?
Same in spreadtrum module,
Same problem/error in all module!
What's the problem in my box sir?is this hardware problem?whAt's the best thing to do?
I already did what the box said,.but still in the same condition!
please help me brother.,...thank you!
