As said in previous posts by GsmTricks If u have problems with New Shell just use the old Login System for now.

If shell is not working for you pls old system untill we will make new update.

New update again!

New Shell tool v.1.1 released - fixed all bugs with previoce version. Now no more problem with registrations, logins, support, pinouts, software and others. Intelegent tool which automaticly can detect what your box need ( registration, update ), also show you all supported models by our softwares, also show you need cable for phone.

Please go to Support files and download new software Tool.

IMPORTANT: Do not use old shell version ( v.1.0 ) - use please only new version!

i have the same problem with the new shell i can not download nottting
the box well conected and all ok only saying please wait. check your internet conection some thing wrong with the new shell

YOU MUST MAKE UPDATE ON PROGRAM (MultiBoxUpdateTool_v23)
AND CONECT BOX WITH( MultiboxShell V1.1 )
NOW NO PROPLEM ITS OK

i did every thing update with update tools 2.3 and then conect the shell 1.1 still the same (sorry pinout file not found) that is what i always get is there a solucion and even the old way not working any more.

Yes, that mean in pinout for this models is not found at server!

when trying to open new shell and run program
i have that problem look at the pic
and when press ((go to support )) nothing
plz i need to know where's the problem
till now i m trying it in 5 defrant pc and still have the problem

help me to slove it
