but when open shell can't download model.ini
freind give to me the model.ini file
any file have size 39 kb only
when press go to support can't enter to it

pls the team help since yesterday have bieng trying to to download update and practicaly not posible have the shell for me not work cant go to support area -main /cant dowload new update even the old pls need to download obex driver for samsung ,realy do some thing

As far as I can see you are using the Shell tool v.1.0. But we have released NEW Shell tool v.1.1 and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you to DELETE (!!!) the old Shell tool together with ALL FOLDERS, FILES etc. And DOWNLOAD New Shell Tool v.1.1 (!!!!!!). I have tested it on my PC - New Shell Tool v.1.1 is working perfect!

Freezing because of server. When is busy cannot make new session.
