Really Need Help

Hey Guys i bought this box a while now but made many attemps to contact support to assist me on the problem i am facing i have also sent many emails to the people i bought the box from GsmServer.com and i must say they really tried their best to help me but all attempts were still unsuccessful on to this day i was unable to unlock any phone with this box i really need the assistance of the Multi-Lite Box support team i dont know if i am am doing some thing wrong or if my box has a fault please guys please look into my case here are some screen shots of both my info and the error i am facing when ever i try to unlock phones.

And when i try to connect manually by clicking the Go To Support Area this is what i am faced with Look i dont mind paying But when i have not unlocked any phone with the box i am kinda afraid of spending any more money to loose out

1. About support - yes your FREE support expired that is why you cent get new soft.
2. If you want to unlock some models - dont use shell, just run needed soft directly.
3. About Samsung - you use wrong socket in box
