sendo m570 not connecting with the given cable.Always time out.. Do I have to buy special activation for this tool. Or its not the Jtadg socket of the box ..

DO you use battery? Sure about all?

yes I'm using battery there is a place on the upper side of the connector to fit the battery .. everything is done as told but no success probably my phone is bad .. will check and report ..
