Sorry, pinout file not found. Please help me

Dear people of Gsm- Forum I have bougth few time ago the new multi-box lite I have already updated it and also I have installed the shell but each tima that I tried to select any cellphone model in order to see the respective pinout I get this message "Sorry, pinout file not found". Please could you help me with this problem? According to I have read in this forum the new shell version would allow the multi box lite users can see the respective pinouts in the software without the necessity of going to the main support web page. I will be gratefull with all kind of help that you can give me. Thanks

Another problem that I have is that I have been trying to go in to the Support Chat on Line but it ask to me a login and a password that I don't have. Could you tell me how can I get this information in order to get help from the Support chat online? how can I get a login and password? Thanks

I have read that with Multi box lite is possible to use any software to unlock a cellphone. Is it true? According to this information I could unlock any cellphone of any brand with the correct software and the correct cable. Is i possible?
