wrong answer from card - GSM-Forum

i have probleme with my multi box lite when i use it i see in the windows wrong answer from from card what solution please?

Hm...
1. If you can open box you can try to open it and check if card have good contact in reader
2. If you still have warranty and cannot open the box - ask your reseller to change a box
3. You can tell me your box serial number and i will allow update for you - you can try to update the box maybe it wil help you
4. If you dont have warranty ad updated not helped you - contact me via PM and we will find a solution how to repair your box.

Hello I have bought a multi box lite and do not respond can maybe fix it please its serial number is 1036D my email is eeeeyal@gmail.com
