Is your Fone also on (Contact Retailor or Contact Service) ??

Yes same condition for my phone- "Contact Service", in addition sometimes phone automatically switch off on main screen while showing contact service.

just use SX4 AUTH then writh good pm and in the last rewrith the RPL ,all will be ok,
