Flash didnt unlocl phone - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have flashed my X6 RM-559 (locked to Orange UK) with a more recent release and successfully changed the product code to the new firmware, but when I start the phone with other SIM cards it says 'Sim card not valid'. The only SIM that works is the old Orange card that worked before.

The firware before was prouct number 0596178. ( relase 31.0.004). I updated to 0595387 (release 32.0.2).

JAF completed the flashes sucessfully. Any ideas why it hasnt unlocked the phone? Do I have to do something else to unlock the phone?

I also lost some contacts which I didnt have backed up. Does JAF make a back up of data on the phone?

Contacts are losed ... for unlocking you need a more new solution ( JAF is obsolete ) - log reading ( mean PM 120 decrypt ) and SL3 BruteForce ( or unlock code from Orange ) ...
