how to solve this? my problem is if i will use other version like .62.... my box can't detect any mobile phones....

but if i use .66beta this error will pop up..

i already did use this version before and it works fine but after formatting my PC then install it again it won't run anymore.

I think your box is dead you need to reprogram your box..

Open your box and reprogram it do like what picture shown below.
And use PonyProg.
