Arrow Solution For E51 phone does not start up...


Hi..,

This is the solution for the E51 which shows the following Symptoms..

Phone does not start up when pressing power key. When pressing the power key notification light and display backlight wake up, Vibra makes one jog, Phone will take 230 mA but nothing else happens. After 30 seconds phone will power off. You can update phone software but it doesn't help anything. Phone doesn't start to test mode...

Solution..

Flash the Phone using the attached PMM erase file...
Then Flash it with latest data pakage..
