nokia e65 its offline mode - GSM-Forum

sir i have 3 e65 with offline mode even there is sim card . the main think is those phone were never falldown or not a water damage all customer are saying that this problem start it self so sir what could be problem even the one off them is new phone so pls sir any solution bcs all r saying that change the sim ic but how i can change it even there is no damage or somthink .

May be phone's software version is buggy. Have you tried to upgrade it?

Its always recommended to Try Upgrading the software before trying any hardware solutions...
