Nokia E71 not booting up.

Hi Friends,

While I was in driving, I switched off my Nokia E71 mobile. When I reached home, I tried to switch on, as usual vibrated once, key pad lights are on, screen blinks slightly for 30 seconds. It's not booting and startup screen also not coming.

Since I bought the mobile on May 2011, I had restart problem when I answering calls.

I have googled and found this forum. I have downloaded attached pmm file also. Please let me know is that the latest file and can I flash my mobile with it.

And also please let me know how to flash the mobile with the file. Step by step instructions are much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Giri

Phone does not start up when pressing power key. When pressing the power key notification light and display backlight wake up. Vibra makes one jog. Phone will take 230 ma but nothing else happens. After 30 seconds phone will power off. You can update phone software but it doesn't help anything. Phone doesn't start to test mode...

Solution..

Flash the phone using the attached pmm erase file...
Then flash it with latest data pakage..

thank you so much dear its works great
my phone live again

select this file in mcu and flash it after that full flash your pphone
