e71 dead phone

I have a problem with my e71 after a firmware update. I flashed the firmware using the latest phoenix software because I wanted Chinese characters on it and now it is not working.

After holding the power button for 5 seconds the keyboard light comes on for about 20 seconds and then it turns off again.

Do you know how I would restore it back to factory settings?
