Please pinouts 6500c like original.
there is only one conector 1x5 like 6500c original Nokia UDB type. and original 6500c usb cable detect the phones (MT6227) via usb port.except this port there is no visible conector on the phone. all of the phone are closed.
may we use USB D+ D- as Rx and TX or can we flash read/write via USB connection?

no, you can not. need to find rx/tx pins or test points and get connection via them
