I have Sunrise t868 phone with MT6226 chip in it.....I want to remove or read the user code of this phone but no successs yet!............I have used all unlocking methods which avail....Even formatted phone in safe and complete mode!...But still same....So wht i have to do for solve this problem! here is log from infinty! Another strange thing is when i enter code and press ok button after that i can hear the sound of keypad but button not working.......But cursor and sms sign is still blinking....So whats the problem! |

In most cases default code is 1122. Do you know what is this phone history ? Probably phone was flashed already before and it may be that it was flashed with incorrect firmware. Can you check what is this phone history ? | |

Yes i have tried all default codes but still same! As far as firmware concern customer told me that once the phone having restart problem and formatted the phone once!After that phone working well....Now he just locked the phone and forgot the password and i tried all avail options in infinity but still same........... | |

Just make format ffs in "complete" mode. If user code was set by user this operation should reset user code to it's default values. | |
