Hello dear team,help me please.I have one China Fly it had a program's problem.I have done format and then imei repayar.Phone began work but no service.

hello!

check if automatic eeprom (FFS) backup was created during first Format FFS operation.
in this case you can restore phone to original state by loading it as "eeprom" and write to phone. After this you can again, but with Safe Format Mode

hello!

good EEPROM file must be found in order to repair this phone (if! this phone is damaged by software reason). Unfortunately we dont have it

Dear if I send you file read from this phone can YOU recalculate security zone, because when I am writing file, after firmware phone not power on.I wrote file by flash tool phone began work but no service,HELP ME PLEASE.

write this to your damaged phone and it will start work.
We have some 6253 FFS areas exactly for such cases.
Unfortunately not for your version
