Dosn't Show name if number saved in phonebook without +91

My number is : 9X00000000 (India) i save in this format i cant get name when i call or incoming call or I save like this: +919x00000000 i get Name when i call or incoming Call

i have this prob in my phones i want solved still not done

That's due to firmware, you need to change firmware.
I found it in one phone and after writing different firmware I solved it, the firmware which I wrote was from same model but different firmware version.

Also you can try to write firmware from other same model working phone.
