I have found one firmware on the internet and flashed to the phone but the phone is not powering with that firmware and just hangs at startup.

I have flashed this file from a user in Germany who read the backup
CWM Backup / Originial-ROM
But it is not working for my phone.
My phone in question was full of viruses, and as our tool is unable to totally remove viruses then I didn't read any previous backup from the phone just flashed it directly with that file

Now phone doesn't go any further than Mobistel logo!

have you tried to format mobile after full flash.
give a try for this
in many case {like yours} this is very usefull to format phone after flashing.

Any help
I have read flash from this tablet when it first came to me. After that I removed manually the viruses. The customer took the tablet and used it for 2-3 weeks then came again with the same problem. Now I am unable to remove viruses without having a good flash for this tablet, so I thought it is a good idea to write the read out flash that I had since that time. But after writing the original flash this tablet is displaying an error message Encryption unsuccessful which is a more worse condition that when it was infected with viruses.
