Hi can someone please help me, because I can not connect this phone with the box Blu Deejayii Infinity. You try to make connection with cable Infinity jtag the back plate of the phone but I get nothing.

hello!

if this phone is mt62xx based then:
GND goes to RJ45 pin8
UTXD1 goes to pin 3 of RJ45 port
URXD1 goes to pin 2 of RJ45 port

My dear, I could make the connection with their support, but could not get the lock code, it came out four zeros, this code does not work on the phone. Try to format the phone but when making the backup firmware could not either. Here I put pictures catches,

read out full flash and save it for emergency case.
after that try Format FFS safe or complete
