how to flash 1st cpu & how to flash 2nd cpu pls help

hello!

depending of problem you having with your phone you must work with different phoneparts.
to work with first MCU (ussually restart problem, IMEI problem) find first MCU pinout and assemble cable
to work with second MCU (usually IMEI problems, no network) find second MCU pinout and assemble cable.

after cable is connected to needed MCU you use Cinese miracle software as ussual

should we use the same flash file for both cpu's?

hello!

no, each CPU have own firmware.
actually i never met second MCU firmware fault, which need firmware re-write.
for second MCU format/restore IMEI is ussual operations
