i found this file searching for a flash file, it has no extension, so I dont know if it is possible to write, and which tool was it designed for ?

Better not try write unknown things.
I see in logs wrong operations : Read Info, Format. In this way it will work.

and there is no anything wrong on my procedure, I read info and then try to format. I also tried or NAND INIT options.

the flash file I downloaded was intented for EMMC phone , and mine is NAND, so, still searching for correct flash file
