to all friend i need eeprom for CECT 199 i try to down and flash this E519_X_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.00_2__Cect-199_16m_.B0M
still blicking

Hello,

Try to make "safe" or "complete" format instead of write eeprom.

itry but no luck and i try to repair badsoftwer and flash again no luck

i think this flash file is not suitable for your phone
