what is the Cpu inside this mobile ?

HI, I want know TX, RX and GND in the cell phone . I want to change lenguages but without used pinfinder, only in order to weld pins in the RX and TX but I don,t know that pins are it.

I bet rx and tx are located in the 4 points that are alone... do you have a multimeter to test the voltage?
