Hello,

its some kind of problems with drivers.
FT232 drivers is here: Virtual COM Port Drivers

You can try to install it manually: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/...0Certified.zip

Or via Installer: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/...0Certified.exe

Both files contaain x32 and x64 drivers.

- disconnect box from pc
- run installer
- connect box
What you see now in Device Manager ?

- reboot PC
- do not connect box !
- run Drivers installer http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/...0Certified.exe
