Hello,

DO NOT replace flash IC !

It's a communication bug in software, it was found time ago and MModule 4.01 uploaded in support area hour ago.
Please, download it and use.

I found this bug - with chinese miracle old version the things looks different.

Anyway i will try with new version but one more question - After flashing the phone is blinking, is there any way to fix it ?

Initial condition of phone was blinking also.

After flash with new version - blinking.
Maybe there is some specific metod for fixing of security area ??

With MModule ver 4.01 the result is same - blink. If needed i'll post log with new ver. After flash i press on/off button and on phone screen appear "welcome" (current consumption is 180 mA), after that LCD becomes black (current decrease to 50-60 mA) and thats it. Exit from this condition is removing of battery. I try to repair IMEI but time of welcome screen is too short for this. Full format not help too.

Hello,

I think you have to try to use another similar firmware for flashing (probably not exactly the same, but similar).
Also, it may be hardware problem f.e. damaged flash chip - it's quite often problem reason for phones with NAND flash chip. At first you can try to rehot/reball chip and see results.

What similar soft you mean ? I try all 3 files from support area or i'm wrong ?
Will try to reball flash IC today and i'll post the results. Thanks for help.
