infinity team solve this


am having this problem when i wanted to activate my pin finder

hello!

each pinfinder can be paired only with one box.
this is a part of protection against Pifninders cloning
your pinfinder is alread registered with another infiniy box
this is why it can not be registered with your dongle.
usually this happends if reseller did "test" registration.
please ask your reseller for previous dongle number.
I need to know it in order to help you

my friend bought it for me from dubai ( uae) from a shop with a infinity box together and some other box i told him to let them test the box to avoid buying clone and he did the same thing since december i have been trying to use the two box no way i thought it was an installation problem now that im back to my base i decide to make thepinfinder usefull because im only making use of the infinity

pls infinity team help me i have believe in your product my box is new and purchase in december 2009 so help me i have send a pm to one off your team infinitysupport but no response i wanted to send to u my sn of the two box but no pm able in your profile pls help me or give me maill address to send my s/n to you

after follow your procedure now my pinfinder is working fine now i accept infinity team is very much alive and a speedy support giving to customers thanks to all that help in this thread
