Yes, you can.

Here is an example how to use it:

Use Infinity-Box Cable Selector (or documentation) and get Rx and Tx information:

1..........16
9: box Rx/phone Tx (RJ45 pin-3)
10: box Tx/phone Rx (RJ45 pin-2)
16: Gnd

Connect Power cable to phone instead of battery
Connect L16B cable (due to total number of connector pins is 16)
Select L16B cable in PinFinder Adapter software (according to connected cable)
Set Rx (box Rx/phone Tx) pin value to 9 (according to known pinout)
Set Tx (box Tx/phone Rx) pin value to 10 (according to known pinout)
Press “Power” button to enable phone power

In case of connection problems it may need to change pin numbering mode (reverse pin numbering) due to different phone connector soldering to PCB. To reverse pin numbering mode from 1.....16 to 16.....1 (and vice versa) press “Reverse” button and then press “Set” button.

i am asking if l16b is included in universal cables because there is only 14pin and 18 pin or it comes with pin finder (i don't have pinfinder)

sorry but i said i have not pin finder i am asking about universal cables i checked that there is not L16b in universal cables set (chinese cables ) that 's all

sir i want to unlock vodafone 125 with pinfinder cables i connect the phone with pinfinder and select rx tx as shown by u but when i give the pulse to phone it cannot get the pulse pls tell me what can i do

Be sure that you have set Rx and Tx correctly.
Try to swap Rx <-> Tx
