M-Star GSM CDMA .. kindly assit!


this cell when i switched on hangs on startup logo.so first i took eeprom and flash back up..and then i did complete ffs...after then when switch on only white light with startup tone,,again i restoreed the backup flash and eeprom file??? now the cell is not switching ON..
very soon i WILL MAIL THE BACKUP FILE .

kindly assit what to do

Hello,

NEVER SEND TO US FILES FROM DAMAGED PHONES !!!

Try to flash phone several times with "smart write" option enabled.
Try to flash phone with "advanced chip detection" off.

If still no luck I suggest you to check phone hardware, g.,e. reball flash/cpu chip and check PCB carefully.
