Member: 950629 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 105 | 1. format whole flash 2. write firmware again. 3. check details 4. if problem not solved, reball the flash ic(not reheat) and flash again. 5. if not solved, change flash ic and flash again. Gd Luck.. |

reball: - desolder flash chip - solder it back carefully reheat: just heat it As about your phone: I think that flash chip (or CPU) soldered not well. Also it may be that water inside or PCB wires is damaged (cutted or shorted). Also it may be damaged flash chip. In this situation it's better to reball flash chip. If still no luck - it's need to replace flash chip with another one and flash phone once again. | |
