Infinity Box: Dongel is blocked error code #31


Hello Infinity Supporter!
I want to update my Infinity box with Dongel Manager, but the Internet connection is interrupted , and my Dongel is Dead, it say´s : Dongel is blocked error code #31. can you help me please!!!

Identification: base
Dongle serial No (S/N): XXXXXXXXX
Firmware version: 0116.02
"UK edition" status: Off
Last launched application: 001A v.0344
Active modules:
Support area: Infinity-Box - About
- Username: XXXXXXXx
- Password:
Dongle support area login/password is incorrect, contact to support:
e-mail: [email protected]
subject: support area login/password is incorrect
mail body: text from this window
Dongle key: 7F67A8EDDCBD6A35

Dongle [XXXXXXX] identification data is damaged, error code #31

Dongle is blocked: strange user's activity detected, be more careful next time.

My Infinity is an Orginal Product. Its happened by updating the Firmware.

blocked now for 2 weeks due to it was repeated many times: please, never post
your dongle details in public forum
