Speed downloader with infinity site - GSM-Forum

When is infinity team going to allow the use of speed downloader on their support sites? I have Infinity Box,Infinity Pin Finder Box, Infinity CDMA Dongle, Infinity Best Nokia dongle and presently planning to buy your new SPT BOX for Samsung phones. But the problem with your site is that i cannot use speed downloader to download files quickly for use, while every other box i have, except one, allow speed downloaders. Please consider this request quickly Infinity Team.

I had requested you also to consider adding LG and SAGEM to your new SPT BOX in other to compete very well in the market with S....... BOX.Check this out.

Why? Does it mean they do not want their clients to get maximum satisfaction from their support sites. It is very frustrating.
