There are 2 problems: 1. You are using 5 years old Dongle Manager ! Solution: Download and use latest DongleManager software. http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...gleManager.rar 2. I think your Smart-Card is damaged and can not be updated any more. Anyway, use LATEST DongleManager and try to update your card again ONLY ONE TIME ! Read and post here text given by DongleManager after update. | |
